On 23 January 2024, Aluminium centrum s.r.o., with its registered office at Tvršická 7, Staňkovice 430 49, Czech Republic, represented by Mr. Marcel Kollmann – owner and managing director, appointed Mr. Tran Van Minh as its business representative in Vietnam. Mr. TRAN VAN MINH is authorized to act on behalf of Aluminium Centrum in all matters related to the purchase and sale of raw materials in Vietnam.
Mr. TRAN VAN MINH is authorized to:
• Purchase raw materials in Vietnam for Aluminium centrum s.r.o. • Negotiate with suppliers in Vietnam • Sign contracts with suppliers in Vietnam • Receive goods from suppliers in Vietnam • Make payments to suppliers in Vietnam • Select and provide on-the-job technical training to skilled technicians/workers (Vietnamese) for the plants of Aluminium centrum
