The GE4000 online analyzer allows real-time monitoring of coal quality directly on the conveyor belt using the proven “DUET” method.
The modular frame can be adapted to most conveyor belts without mechanical modifications. A variety of optional devices allows the GE4000 analyzer to be used in many applications, such as coal sorting, determining calorific value or monitoring coal quantity. Online analyzers optimize coal mining, processing and consumption, saving significant costs.
The flexibility of the GE4000 online analyzer system allows the device to be configured for each individual task. The basic device can be equipped with additional sensors, such as a moisture analyzer or a conveyor speed sensor. The redesigned frame can be resized to fit most conveyor frames. The frame is reinforced for harsh conditions, and its components can be replaced in case of mechanical damage.
