Production:
The quality of SIGMA pumps rests on the close link between production and our research and development workplaces, proven manufacturing know-how and top-quality workshop processing. The machinery, production and assembly halls are modernly equipped, including a material preparation shop, a welding shop, a paint shop, several diagnostic workplaces and test rooms, of which the largest, the only one of its kind on a Europe-wide scale, allows hydraulic testing of machines with an input power of up to 12 MW. All production and business processes of SIGMA Holding must comply with quality standards according to EN ISO 9001. A quality management system has been implemented in the production processes of SIGMA GROUP and its subsidiaries since 1994.
Engineering:
The design, construction and sales team focuses on supplying complex pumping equipment to investors in pump technology, meeting the needs of demanding customers who require pumping equipment to be deployed in complex industrial units. SIGMA specializes in supplying investors in pump technology focused on water management and heating energy, conventional and nuclear power of industrial enterprises. The main subject of activity in energy is the supply of power, feed, circulation and cooling pump stations for power and heating units of up to 1,000 MW. Engineering activity also focuses on designing, supplying and completing large industrial pump stations for the metallurgical and mining industries, oil pumping and drainage stations, or irrigation in agriculture. Engineering activities include:
- Design, construction and calculation work
- Processing of commercial and technical offers, budgets and technical and operating documentation at various construction stages of the investor’s unit
- Supply of technological units in the field of pump technology, including construction and electrical parts, measurement and regulation technology, control systems, etc.

Services:
SIGMA’s Energo division provides comprehensive services in pumping equipment, electric drives and air-handling equipment. The division’s basic task is to ensure service activities for nuclear, conventional and hydro power plants, including other technological systems operating pump units, in cooperation with and with the full support of the technical and design base of the parent manufacturing plant. The complexity of service activities includes supplying equipment and engineering, including processing of design, construction and technology documentation, intermediary consulting, assembly of systems and components, adjustment, commissioning, testing, modification, operational inspection, maintenance, repair, reconstruction and modernization, including the purchase and supply of related materials, and processing of related operating, maintenance and safety documentation.
