Vietnam Union (Czech–Vietnam Union) supports agencies and enterprises in starting cooperation with partners in the Czech Republic and Europe through five steps:
- Receiving needs: discussing to understand what the agency or enterprise requires.
- Finding and connecting suitable partners: introducing both sides so that they can work directly with each other.
- Preparing proposals and documents: letters of introduction, presentation materials and meeting content.
- Organizing meetings: arranging for the parties to meet and exchange directly or online.
- Supporting and driving the work after meetings: following up on results and supporting the parties in implementing what has been agreed.
