RECRUITMENT NOTICE
Regular workers for employment in the Czech Republic
Based on the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, and on the Law on Vietnamese Workers Working Abroad under Contract issued by the National Assembly (point c, clause 2, Article 5 and clause 3, Article 5, Chapter I).
The Czech Republic is known as a beautiful country with a strong economy, with strengths in engineering, machinery, pharmaceuticals, glass, music, and a world-leading position in several fields: machinery manufacturing, hydro- and thermal turbines, marine engines, defence electronics, beer and crystal.
In response to socio-economic development needs and the increasingly close cooperation between Vietnam and the Czech Republic, the Czech Ministry of Culture and the Czech Mining Technology Association (CDT), represented by Enelex Trade spol. s r.o. (Czech Republic) and Land Union Vietnam Joint Stock Company (VIETNAM UNION), are recruiting Vietnamese workers for the following positions:
1. IT ENERGY STAFF (INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ENGINEER, ENERGY SECTOR)
General requirements:
- Gender: male/female; age: working age
- Education: college or university degree or higher
- Enthusiastic, honest, committed long term

2. INTERPRETERS — 20 POSITIONS
General requirements:
- Gender: male/female; age: 20–35
- Education: high-school graduate or higher
- Enthusiastic, honest, committed long term

Job description:
- Team leader position:
Serving Czech tourist and business delegations in Vietnam.
Serving groups of Vietnamese workers in the Czech Republic.
Working time:
- As regulated by the host company
- 13 days of annual leave plus public holidays as regulated
- Start of work: early 2024
Benefits, salary and welfare:
100% free training in Vietnam: basic Czech A1 course and certificate delivered in Vietnam by lecturer Dr. Julie Lien Vrbkova (Czech Republic). The A1 course lasts 3 months; each course is committed to an A1 pass, which makes candidates eligible to depart.
Advanced programme, 100% free in the Czech Republic: the host company provides a B1 Czech course (6 months) specialised in interpreting. After the course, the candidate is promoted to Team Leader.
Salary: competitive, negotiated according to ability. After probation the company will offer a higher salary depending on performance (salary = base salary + 50% commission bonus for each tour group + tips).
- Employment contract with the host company (Czech Republic) or the company authorised to recruit workers (Land Union Vietnam Joint Stock Company)
- Work on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays is paid as overtime
- 13th-month salary, bonuses on holidays and birthdays, and annual performance bonus
- After probation, in addition to social, health and unemployment insurance (free medical care and accident insurance as regulated), an annual health check for all staff
- The company arranges transport, accommodation and legal procedures
- Allowances: uniform, lunch, protective equipment, etc.
3. HIGHLY SKILLED TECHNICAL WORKERS (WELDERS AND LATHE OPERATORS) — 20 POSITIONS
General requirements:
- Gender: male; age: 20–35
- Education: college or higher, with a technical certificate in welding and turning
- Enthusiastic, honest, committed long term
- Minimum commitment: 4 years
- Hard-working, highly disciplined; work experience is an advantage
Job description:
- Work at the plants of: ALTA Industrial Group, RETEZARNA (industrial chains), TRANSROLL (industrial rollers), ZDB DRATOVNA (industrial cables), etc.
- Location: Czech Republic
- Working time: 5 days a week (Monday to Friday), 13 days of annual leave plus public holidays as regulated.
- Start of work: early 2024
Benefits, salary and welfare:
100% free training in Vietnam: basic Czech A1 course and certificate delivered in Vietnam by lecturer Dr. Julie Lien Vrbkova (Czech Republic). The A1 course lasts 3 months; each course is committed to an A1 pass, which makes candidates eligible to depart.
- Salary = base salary + bonus + responsibility allowance.
Average: VND 45,000,000 – 80,000,000 (depending on ability)
- Employment contract with the host company (Czech Republic) or the company authorised to recruit workers (Land Union Vietnam Joint Stock Company)
- Work on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays is paid as overtime
- 13th-month salary, bonuses on holidays and birthdays, and annual performance bonus

- State policy incentive: after 4 years of continuous work in the Czech Republic without breaking the law, workers are entitled to a long-term residence permit, renewed every 5 years.
4. GENERAL WORKERS — 30 POSITIONS
General requirements:
- Gender: male; age: 20–35
- Education: college or higher, with a technical certificate in welding and turning
- Enthusiastic, honest, committed long term
- Minimum commitment: 4 years
- Hard-working, highly disciplined; work experience is an advantage

BASIC PROCEDURE FOR THE LABOUR PROGRAMME
This is the basic procedure; training time may differ by country. Please call the hotline for quick advice and free support 24/7.
- Interested candidates call the hotline and receive guidance on preparing the required documents using the company’s forms.
- Candidates bring their documents to the company for direct consultation. Based on education, qualifications, work experience, ability and financial situation, the adviser helps choose the most suitable option.
- Once a suitable job is chosen, the candidate pays a deposit and the company prepares and guides all related paperwork.
- While waiting to depart, candidates complete the basic Czech A1 course and work-conduct training (3 months) at the company (IT Energy jobs also need a professional certificate). Candidates are briefed on all points of attention and experience of working in the Czech Republic.
- After completing the course and procedures, the company arranges flight booking, airport transfers, accommodation on request and all other related matters.
- After arriving in the Czech Republic, candidates follow the work programme at the designated workplace and receive a hotline number and the address of the local support office.
